Do students earn a high school diploma?

Answer: Yes, Logos students earn a high school diploma. Logos is accredited through Independent Schools Association of the Central States (ISACS) and Advanced Ed., and also approved through Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) and Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE).

What is the average school day?

Answer: Logos hours are from 9:00 am – 3:30 pm, with an option for early arrival beginning at 7:30 am. Students 6th – 8th grades are in a self-contained classroom for the majority of the day. They transition classrooms for art, physical education and math classes. Students 9th – 12th grades follow a 7 period bell-to-bell schedule, allowing five minutes between each class transition.

How is Logos different from traditional schools?

Answer: Logos has a 6:1 student to teacher ratio. Our distinctive program offers individualized instruction and innovative therapy to help adolescents with various diagnosis to process the daily challenges of life and develop the skills necessary to navigate through high school, college and a successful career.

What is the profile of a Logos student?

Answer: There is no specific profile for a Logos student, each student has their own unique learning style and social/emotional needs. Logos serves a diverse student population in regards to race, ethnicity, religion, and socioeconomic status. In addition, Logos provides services to students with the following diagnosis; Academic struggles, Adolescent Autism, Anxiety, Attachment Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Chemical Dependency, Depression, Eating Disorder, learning challenges, low self –esteem, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, poor motivation, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, relationship challenges, school refusal.

How much is tuition?

Answer: Logos makes every effort to work hand in hand with parents to ensure tuition affordability. Our variable tuition plan considers the unique financial position of each family to determine the tuition rate.

Does Logos offer athletic opportunities?

Answer: Yes, Logos Athletics offers competitive basketball, soccer and volleyball. These students are given the opportunity to engage in Associate MSHSAA sports against a variety of teams in the St. Louis area. Through sports, students will gain a sense of community, work ethic, confidence, leadership, enjoyment, and skill development.
